    My first experience at Pia s was courtesy of a gift certificate I received for Christmas. The experience from beginning to end was wonderful. Andrea on the phone helped me to find a time that worked in my schedule and was helpful in my deciding which facial was a good place to start. I came in and was quickly greeted by Gosia who did my facial. The room was perfect, the music great, the smells tantilizing and the facial - magnificent. The hour went very quickly and I was completely relaxed and inspired by the time it was over. When I was telling my sister what a great experience I had she said, you got all that from a facial?! I recommend it to everyone - and have already to almost everyone I have spoken to since Friday afternoon. Thanks to my sister-in-law and to Pia s for a very wonderful gift.

    Gosia was great! She is a very keen conversationalist and the waxing experience was very relaxing and fun. I really enjoyed talking to her about everything from school to celebrity gossip. I was VERY satisfied with Pia Esthetics and will be returning soon!

    Anna did a great job with the eyebrow waxing. I just moved from Atlanta 3 weeks and it is unnerving to find a new technician who can shape eyebrows! Friends from Tampa recommended your spa and I have been pleased ever since. I have expanded my services request now to include medicures/pedicures with facials on the horizon.

    My first impression of the place was, wow, how relaxing! It was a very cute place, with a real clean and relaxing atmosphere to it. The receptionist was very nice, along with the women who dyed my eyelashes. I was a bit worried about how they were going to pull off dying my eyelashes, especially when I am so afraid of anything getting remotely close to my eyes, but she was very gentle, and explained every step before acting upon it. The results were fabulous, and I haven t worn mascara since. Considering my eyelashes were so blonde you might as well have called them transparent, not wearing mascara everyday and still looking good [and healthy] is the best! Thank you Pia!

    This was my first visit. Everything was excellent. Ericca did my waxing and tinting and Paola did my manicure and pedicure. Both were professional and friendly, made me feel comfortable and did a great job. Thanks.

    My first experience at Pia s was a very good one. I came in to have my eyelashes dyed, but because I was going to be without make-up the following week at the Optimum Health Institite, I decided to have a facial also. While having my facial, we discussed having my eyebrows died also, but I was concerned that since I am a blonde, the color might look too dark or harsh on me. She convinced me that she could put the lightest color on and quickly take it back off and it wouild come out just right and match the color of my eyebrows. Well, every morning that I got up and looked in the mirror at my face without make-up, I was so THANKFUL that she convinced me to color my brows, along with my eyelashes. I looked natural but complete for a woman of 57. All I had to do was curl my lashes and I was out the door, still feeling good about my appearance. My facial was relaxing and done well and my skin felt and looked GREAT. I had many compliments from people I didn t even know the entire week. Thank you for perfecting my complexion and for the natural dying of my eyelashes and eyebrows! I will certainly be a repeat customer! Thank you so much!

The service I needed (Braziallian) is something that I have been wanting to do for years, but I was afraid to go just anywhere and wanted to hear about a salon from someone who had the service done. I am so glad I chose Pia. Emmy is my girl and she has been very sweet and professional! On my first visit she explained everything and patiently answered all of my questions. She made excellent product recommendations based on my needs and I did not feel pressured in any way. I came back 4 weeks later for my second visit and I have already booked my 3rd visit! I have recommended Pia to all of my girlfriends! The space is clean, cozy, beautiful, and relaxing. I have full confidence in Emmy and the rest of the staff!     Well Leslie called/emailed to confirm my apt in the next couple of days. I asked her if there was any way to work me in today. She worked me in that day and with the same employee I had my apt with. I love Nyla! She makes you feel very comfortable and she is such a great person. Plus there are very very few ppl I trust with my eyebrows! She always does an amazing job and it is always a pleasure to see her. While checking out I decided to purchase some body butter. I was originally going to give it as a present. However, it smells so good I am thinking about keeping it for myself. Everyone was nice and very friendly as always. I am sure it will be the same in a couple weeks when I return for my next apt.

    My appt was on time - I didn t have to wait. Nayla was very friendly and nice. She did a great job on the waxing and gave me tips on how to maintain the skin between waxes. She was great.

    I was given a gift certificate for a manicure, pedicure, facial, and massage. I chose to have the pedicure and manicure, both times. The first time I had a wonderful and relaxing experience feeling very pampered. The second time I had the expresso, which was very nice. With the remainder I bought a gift box with soap, butter cream and lotion. I LOVE it! It smells delightful (gardenia) and the soap and cream are very smoothing. I will definitely be returning if only to get gifts for other people! When I find the time, I will get another manicure and pedicure. The girls do a wonderful job!

    I had the chocolate manicure and it was wonderful! Nayla took her time and my manicure was utter perfection! The scent of chocolate lingered for hours....Mmmmmmm!

    Ana is wonderful. She is very professional and delivers excellent care and services. I am extremely pleased with the results of my visits with her. She exceeds my expectations.

    My friend, Carol W., recommended Pia s for my waxing. I had been going to a spa in Gainesville, FL but it s impossible for me to drive 2 hours for a spa any longer. Pia s is only 30 minutes from my home in St. Pete. Carol has been going to Pia s for a long time and she highly recommended Nayla for waxing. I was able to get the appointment date and time I wanted, which I really appreciated. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and Julie was very nice. Carol had left me a gift card and Julie gave it to me right away, which was thoughtful of her. Nayla was friendly and professional. She listed to what I wanted and made suggestions. She did a great job! A bikini wax is not the most relaxing spa treatment, but the heated table, soft pillows, soothing atmosphere, and friendly staff certainly made it more enjoyable! I was very happy with my experience, and I will return for more services in the future!

    Emmy is such a professionl.. I love my eyelashes and if possible they look even better this time. She is the best! I also had to reschedule a couple of times due to my schedule and the holidays.. I was treated wonderfully by the reception staff.. they always made me feel special. Thank you!!!!!
