I had a very pleasant experience at Pia. I got off work a little early and they were able to fit me in a little earlier as well. The staff at Pia always aim to please. I have never been dissapointed with any of the services or products that I have purchased from Pia. I am a loyal customer and have been going to the Pia Day Spa in Winter Park every month since 2007. This is truly one of the best day spas in Florida. Thank you for the excellent service and continue to keep up the good work. See you next month!

Shae was amazing! She made me feel comfortable during my wax, especially after she found out it was my first time. The process was quick, and while it was not completly without pain, it went quickly, and she helped keep my mind occupied on other things. I really felt like she was concerned about my experiance, and was always asking if I was doing alright. You have a wonderful staff, that made me feel so special.

From the minute I walk in the door, I feel welcomed. The girl at the front desk immediately welcomes me, and person who did my brazilian (Bilyana used to do it, but someone else did mine for the first time , Beatriz) was really good. I wasn\'\'t uncomfortable and she tried to make it as pain-free as possible. I have been going to Pia for a couple years now, and don\'\'t have any plans to go anywhere else my waxing services. Thank you so much for your care and professionalism.

I've lived in a few different cities and it's always difficult for me to find a good place to have my legs and bikini area waxed. Sometimes, it takes 2 or 3 tries before I'm comfortable with a place and wax technician. When I moved to Orlando, I went to a spa in one of the malls (only once because I didn't like the overall experience) and then to the ***** Salon, but always got someone different, the last one being an Asian lady who insisted on shaving the stray hairs left on my legs - Hello! I wax because I'm alergic to razors! I complained about that on my next appointment, and one of the girls there told me she went to Pia's. I immediately booked my next appointment and met with Shae. She was very professional, but friendly and told me about all the diferent services Pia offers. When I told her I had always wanted to try the all bare wax but was concerned, she made me feel at ease instantly. Shae got the job done quickly without rushing anything, all the time making sure I was confortable with the experience. I've been coming to her since. Shae's an asset to Pia and hope she's there for a long time so she can continue waxing me.

I love coming here every time. It is like connecting with old friends..who massage you :) Pia Day Spa is fantastic. Shae gave me a thirty minute massage and it was great...I only wish I had gotten a longer one. But I will be sure to fix that...next time! I can''t say enough good things...Clean, posh, amazing customer service and great prices :)

Beatriz never fails to perform to the best of experiences. She is professional and very efficient. She does a wonderful, comfortable, relaxing pedicure. Your receptionist Maria is the absolute best! She never fails to make sure I am getting the service I want, that I asked for the service i meant to ask for, and make sure I have something to drink and that I am comfortable. She definitely enhances my experience every time. I have referred many friends, and hope they all frequent your establishment!

This place was amazing! It is the first time I have ever had professional waxing done and I opted for the completely bare bikini wax--there wasn\'\'t one moment where I was uncomfortable, Marcela made sure it was as painless and quick as possible while still doing a thorough and amazing job. This location is a little out of my way and the service is a little pricey (I\'\'m a cheap college student!!) but the amazing service and people (including Maria at the front desk) made it all worthwhile! I will definitely be coming back!

I had a Brazilian wax done for the first time. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. It also had a warm and clean environment. The nice lady checking me in new I was a little nervous and offered me a glass of mimosa which totally helped. Beatriz made me feel comfortable and was great!!! I definately will come back.

I''ve been to many spas and have been disappointed with lack of credentials and overall service. However, Pia was a place that made me feel comfortable and beautiful. Jocelyn, Shae, and Marcela were wonderful. Each were knowledgeable, trendy, and very friendly. It was a pleasure to have my bridal party get pampered here. I currently live in Charleston, SC and hope that a Charleston, SC location is in the future plans for this spa.

On Saturday, August 7, my husband surprised me with a spa day to celebrate our 1 year engagement anniversary. He picked Pia Esthetics after reading several reviews of spas in Orlando. I think he made a wonderful choice. I was greeted promptly and warmly; and immediately offered a beverage. I started my day off with a massage. It was held in a cozy, dark room. I was perfectly at ease. The 30 minutes went too quickly! After the message I had a facial. Again, I was treated with professionalism and care. During the hour, I felt pampered and am thrilled that my skin is still glowing! My day wrapped up with a manicure and pedicure. Once again, the service was impeccable and thorough. I felt like I was the only one there and that there was no rush to get me done and out of there. Everyone that I encountered treated me like a queen. 4 hours after I walked in, I left feeling rejuvinated and relaxed. I will highly recommend Pia to my friends and family. And the next time my sister-in-law is in town, we will definitely be in for a mani/pedi!

Shae was completely amazing. It was my first time going in for a brazilian and she made me feel so comfortable and I truly enjoyed the experience. She went above and beyond and offered a serum that would help with razor burn and ingrown hairs, considering I was about to go on a cruise this serum was a life savor!

My sister and I had two different ladies who gave us a pedicure. They were both awesome and the entire experience was relaxing and wonderful. The drink with the pedicure was a treat! The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The pedicure looked and felt great. My sister and I both felt the same way and we will be back!!

I had a wonderful experience at Pia Day Spa!! I had a Brazilian Wax with Beatriz and she was wonderful. Being a licensed Esthetician myself and being tin the field for 5 years as well as an Undergraduate Instructor for Esthetics, I felt that Beatriz did an amazing job in making me feel confortable and it was virtualy painless! I am also pregnant so I was expecting it to hurt alot worse! My sister has also came in to see Beatriz and we will both be coming back to see her in 4 weeks! I was overall very impressed and happy with Pia Day Spa!! Thank you!

I am very happy with my experience at the Winter Park Pia. The staff are very friendly and professional. I always received excellent services that exceed my expectations at Pia. Everyone at Pia (Winter Park) was incredibly nice. The decor, music and staff combined to create a great atmosphere. I had a pedicure and my feet feel pampered. The pedicure was great by Marcela, the receptionist Maria was bustling around taking appointments, getting everyone drinks, cleaning up after people, etc. all with a smile. I couldn\'\'t ask for better service and I\'\'d love to go back!

My 1st time getting waxed-I jumped the shark & went for a completely bare!! OMG-what an experience...which Shae made comfortable as possible, she was very professional and engaging, I can''t say it was enjoyable (seriously! We''re talking about ripping hair w wax!)but it was all very well done I am completely bare & highly recommend Shae, as a matter of fact I''m going back for a facial.
